Oakland Raiders player Michael Bush blood was tested for the alcohol percentage and found that he is having 0.11 percent where the legal limit is 0.3 percent.
The Louisville television reported Thursday. The television states that the bush was arrested for the drunk & drive charge over last Saturday in Jefferson, Indiana.
James Ferguson who is Indiana state police filed a document in Jeffersonville City Court and states that bush’s car was traveling 45 mph in 35 mph zone which was recorded by the radar. James given statement that bush was tested two time and found that he having 0.11 percent alcohol when he was stop the bush who is former University of Louisville star,0.08 alcohol percent will be consider in Indiana.
Bush need to attend the court on march 7.Bush recently completed his fourth season.
